Consultations
Consultations are free. I will set aside 15 minutes for us to go over any priliminary questions that you might have regarding therapy overall or more importantly if I am a good fit for you.
Intake and Assessment
Our first session will be the intake and assessment. This is where you will get to "tell me your story", get some history and colaborate to establish your desired treatment goals. We will establish frequency of treatment and schedule your next session.
Individual Sessions
Sessions average 50 minutes in length. I believe in client centered treatment, meaning that session content and discussion will be guided by you. I will ask questions for clarity and at times to inspire reflection and understanding of your thoughts and feelings.
DUI Services
We offer Substance Abuse and Alcohol Screenings for clients who are mandated to complete them from ADOT and the MVD: often times due to a DUI charge. Screenings take roughly 1 hour and can be completed in person or virtually. Once completed I contact ADOT or the MVD to confirm completion. It's that easy!
